No in\u00edcio do m\u00eas de agosto uma not\u00edcia abalou o estado e o pa\u00eds. Uma menina chamada Gisele Santos, 22 anos, teve as m\u00e3os e os p\u00e9s decepados pelo marido, \u00c9lton Jones Luz de Freitas, 26 anos. O crime ocorreu na cidade de S\u00e3o Leopoldo, onde moravam juntos h\u00e1 dois meses. Assim terminou a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de sete anos. \u201cEu s\u00f3 quero que ele fique preso at\u00e9 pela minha seguran\u00e7a e para pagar pelo o que fez. Quero a justi\u00e7a de Deus\u201d, declarou ao jornal Di\u00e1rio Ga\u00facho.<\/p>\n

\nAs brigas eram constantes entre o casal. A \u00faltima come\u00e7ou quando Gisele, que sempre revidava das agress\u00f5es, apanhou do marido no domingo, 2, e pediu que ele sa\u00edsse de casa ou ela sairia. Ele ent\u00e3o tirou o celular de suas m\u00e3os quando pretendia ligar para sua m\u00e3e e, logo ap\u00f3s, apareceu com um fac\u00e3o que usou para golpe\u00e1-la na cabe\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

\nNa noite do mesmo dia, Elton se apresentou \u00e0 pol\u00edcia confessando o crime e alegando que n\u00e3o aguentava mais as agress\u00f5es que sofria da companheira. A moradora de S\u00e3o Leopoldo ficou quatro dias internada na UTI do Hospital Centen\u00e1rio, em S\u00e3o Leopoldo. Foi ent\u00e3o submetida a cirurgias para reimplante dos p\u00e9s. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s m\u00e3os, a recomposi\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o foi poss\u00edvel. As pr\u00f3teses das m\u00e3os que n\u00e3o mexem, segundo a fam\u00edlia, custam cerca de R$ 25 mil. \u201cEu perdoo pelo o que ele fez\u201d, declarou.<\/p>\n
