Na ter\u00e7a-feira, 14, o prefeito Jairo Jorge (PT) entregou ao presidente da C\u00e2mara dos Vereadores, Paulo Ritter (PT) o Projeto de Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO) referente ao ano de 2016. O LDO serve para orientar a constru\u00e7\u00e3o e a posterior execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Or\u00e7amento do munic\u00edpio atrav\u00e9s de regras e compromissos, indica\u00e7\u00e3o de prioridades, metas para a administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, entre outros temas. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 o respons\u00e1vel pelo gasto com pessoal, altera\u00e7\u00f5es tribut\u00e1rias e a pol\u00edtica fiscal.<\/p>\n

O LDO foi apresentado na quarta-feira, 8, pela secret\u00e1ria-adjunta de Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o de Canoas, Cristina Sabka, em audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica realizada pela administra\u00e7\u00e3o municipal. A previs\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria de Canoas para o ano que vem \u00e9 de R$ 1,64 bilh\u00e3o, uma varia\u00e7\u00e3o nominal de 4,94% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 receita or\u00e7ada de 2015.<\/p>\n

O maior lan\u00e7amento entre as secretarias \u00e9 para a Sa\u00fade, com R$ 433 milh\u00f5es, seguida pela Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, com R$ 233.4 milh\u00f5es. O chefe do Executivo municipal salientou o montante previsto para investimentos em 2016, que representa 19,36% do or\u00e7amento, o equivalente a R$ 318,3 milh\u00f5es. No ano vigente, 2015, esse percentual foi de 18%. \u201cRegistramos nos \u00faltimos anos um aumento significativo nos investimentos\u201d, afirma Jairo Jorge.
