Foto: Bruno Lara\/OT.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>O ent\u00e3o presidente em exerc\u00edcio da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores Juares Hoy (PTB), impetrou um mandado de seguran\u00e7a com um pedido liminar na 1\u00aa Vara C\u00edvel da Comarca de Canoas contra o prefeito em exerc\u00edcio Paulo Ritter (PT). No entendimento de Hoy, o Executivo tem repassado um valor inferior ao previsto para o duod\u00e9cimo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo dia 06 de outubro de 2016, informando que os valores de repasse est\u00e3o equivocados, ou seja, bem abaixo da obriga\u00e7\u00e3o legal. Como resposta, o Excelent\u00edssimo Prefeito em exerc\u00edcio, repassou o valor que entendia ser poss\u00edvel, ou seja, o valor de R$ 200.00,00 no dia 11\/10\/2016\u201d, diz o texto da pe\u00e7a protocolada no dia 13 de outubro. \u00c9 direito, segundo o Legislativo municipal, o valor de R$ 6.231.718,13.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo Juares, as d\u00edvidias s\u00e3o muitas. \u201cA gente est\u00e1 devendo mais de quatro meses. Isso acarreta uma desmoraliza\u00e7\u00e3o para a C\u00e2mara de Vereadores. A Prefeitura simplesmente n\u00e3o cumpre o dever de repassar o dinheiro que n\u00e3o \u00e9 dela\u201d, pontua. \u201cA C\u00e2mara deve hoje entorno de 700 mil a 800 mil reais, vencendo em novembro\u201d, conclui lembrando que funcion\u00e1rios e fornecedores n\u00e3o foram pagos. \u201cAgi para n\u00e3o ser responsabilizado pela in\u00e9rcia\u201d, justificou.<\/p>\n<h3>O que diz a Prefeitura<\/h3>\n<p>Em nota, a Prefeitura informou que \u201co munic\u00edpio n\u00e3o foi notificado, nem informado dessa a\u00e7\u00e3o.
