Foto: Bruno Lara\/OT<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do jornal Correio do Povo, a Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) solicitou \u00e0 Justi\u00e7a a quebra de sigilo das contas eleitorais da candidata \u00e0 Prefeitura de Canoas, Beth Colombo (PRB). A pol\u00edcia pede tamb\u00e9m o compartilhamento dos dados com o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico. A intens\u00e3o, segundo divulgou o jornal de circula\u00e7\u00e3o estadual, \u00e9 tomar conhecimento da origem dos mais de R$ 500 mil encontrados entre o comit\u00ea e a casa do ex-tesoureiro da campanha e ex-secret\u00e1rio do governo Jairo Jorge, Guilherme Ortiz, na quinta-feira, 22.<\/p>\n<p>O Bloco do Orgulho Municipal (BOM), que possui 14 partidos coligados em apoio \u00e0 Beth, nega que o dinheiro tenha sido encontrado no comit\u00ea central da campanha, mas sim nos pertences pessoais do tesoureiro. O Partido Republicano Brasileiro, PRB, lancou nota junto da coliga\u00e7\u00e3o onde diz que Guilherme &#8220;n\u00e3o \u00e9 e nunca foi&#8221; filiado ao partido.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Suffragium<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A opera\u00e7\u00e3o desencadeada na quinta-feira, 22, que teve como alvo principal o comit\u00ea da candidatura, mas tamb\u00e9m a resid\u00eancia do tesoureiro e um dep\u00f3sito de materiais de campanha que a PF diz ser n\u00e3o declarado a Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral foi apelidada de Suffragium. Traduzindo do latim para o Portugu\u00eas o termo significa Sufr\u00e1gio, ou seja, o\u00a0processo de escolha por vota\u00e7\u00e3o, a elei\u00e7\u00e3o em si, ou, ainda, o pr\u00f3prio exerc\u00edcio do\u00a0voto em uma elei\u00e7\u00e3o.
