A medida \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para liberar o espa\u00e7o e permitir o avan\u00e7o das interven\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no projeto de conten\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"534\" data-end=\"828\">A a\u00e7\u00e3o envolve as secretarias de Obras, Servi\u00e7os Urbanos, Habita\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento Urbano. No total, 41 resid\u00eancias ser\u00e3o removidas, sendo 10 demolidas na quarta-feira. As fam\u00edlias que ocupavam os im\u00f3veis j\u00e1 foram atendidas por programas habitacionais e transferidas para novas moradias.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"1243\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Segundo o secret\u00e1rio de Obras e Reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o, Guido Bamberg, a remo\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma etapa obrigat\u00f3ria para que os trabalhos avancem em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Avenida Guilherme Schell dentro do prazo previsto.
