M\u00e9dicos das UPAs de Canoas decidem manter, em Assembleia Geral Extraordin\u00e1ria, a restri\u00e7\u00e3o dos atendimentos apenas para casos de urg\u00eancia, encaminhando fichas azul e verde \u00e0s UBSs. A medida ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lida 72 horas ap\u00f3s notifica\u00e7\u00e3o ao Cremers. A decis\u00e3o foi motivada por atrasos nos pagamentos: parte dos profissionais n\u00e3o recebeu integralmente os honor\u00e1rios de julho e nenhum recebeu os de agosto.<\/p>\n

As UPAs s\u00e3o administradas pelo IBSa\u00fade, que subcontrata a Dotmed para gerenciar escalas. M\u00e9dicos relatam dificuldades financeiras, press\u00e3o para cumprir escalas sem contrato formal e falta de resposta da Dotmed.
