O governador Eduardo Leite anunciou, na tarde desta quarta-feira (21\/5), a recondu\u00e7\u00e3o de Alexandre Saltz ao cargo de procurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a do Rio Grande do Sul para o bi\u00eanio 2025\/2027.<\/p>\n
“Reafirmo minha confian\u00e7a na lideran\u00e7a do doutor Saltz, sempre pautada pela rela\u00e7\u00e3o republicana e harmoniosa entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es. Desejo sucesso na continuidade dessa miss\u00e3o t\u00e3o relevante para a sociedade ga\u00facha”, afirmou Leite.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Saltz foi o mais votado na elei\u00e7\u00e3o interna do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (MPRS) para a forma\u00e7\u00e3o da lista tr\u00edplice, com 516 votos, e permanecer\u00e1 na chefia da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, em segundo mandato, at\u00e9 2027. A solenidade de posse ser\u00e1 no dia 6 de junho, no Audit\u00f3rio Mondercil Paulo de Moraes, na sede do MPRS, em Porto Alegre.<\/p>\n
Natural de Uruguaiana, Alexandre Sikinowski Saltz \u00e9 casado e pai de dois filhos. Graduado em Direito pela Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), ingressou no MPRS em 1990, atuando nas promotorias de Santiago e Uruguaiana. Em Porto Alegre, atuou nas Promotorias da Fazenda P\u00fablica e de Defesa do Meio Ambiente. Foi promotor-assessor e coordenador do Centro de Apoio Operacional de Defesa do Meio Ambiente. Exerceu os cargos de secret\u00e1rio-geral do MP e de diretor do Centro de Estudos e Aperfei\u00e7oamento Funcional.<\/p>\n
Saltz foi subprocurador-geral de Justi\u00e7a para Assuntos Institucionais, em substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, e membro colaborador do Conselho Nacional do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (CNMP). Tamb\u00e9m foi professor da PUCRS, campus Uruguaiana, de 1992 at\u00e9 2005, e professor de Direito Ambiental nos cursos preparat\u00f3rios da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Escola Superior do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (FMP).
