A Prefeitura, na tarde de ter\u00e7a-feira, 18, assinou autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do in\u00edcio de servi\u00e7os da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de 200 unidades habitacionais do Residencial Jacu\u00ed do munic\u00edpio de Canoas. Durante o processo de constru\u00e7\u00e3o das moradias o prazo estipulado para a entrega \u00e9 de 18 meses.<\/p>\n
No ato contamos com a presen\u00e7a do Prefeito Airton Souza, do vice-prefeito Rodrigo Busato, secret\u00e1rios municipais, vereadores, gestores do Minist\u00e9rio das Cidades do Governo Federal e o grupo da Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal. O valor total do investimento na obras foi de R$ R$ 35.984.639,64 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
As habita\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o destinadas \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o que foi diretamente afetada na enchente de maio de 2024. Os crit\u00e9rios para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos beneficiados com as moradias ser\u00e3o definidos nos pr\u00f3ximos meses. A estrutura dos apartamentos ser\u00e1 de 46 metros quadrados de \u00e1rea privativa, dois quartos, varanda, cer\u00e2micas, nos padr\u00f5es do Minha Casa, Minha Vida.<\/p>\n
\u201cEst\u00e1 em nosso plano de governo a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de, no m\u00ednimo, 6 mil moradias para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o de Canoas afetada. Estamos muito empolgados pelo avan\u00e7o significativo que j\u00e1 tivemos nestes tr\u00eas primeiros meses de governo. Isso \u00e9 resultado de muito trabalho e compromisso com os canoenses\u201d, comentou o vice-prefeito Rodrigo Busato.<\/p>\n
