Pelo contr\u00e1rio, cabe aos jornalistas a checagem das informa\u00e7\u00f5es e s\u00f3 depois, se elas forem condizentes com a realidade e representarem o interesse p\u00fablico, vem a publica\u00e7\u00e3o. Em alguns casos, no entanto, a checagem da veracidade\u00a0pode se d\u00e1 j\u00e1 na chegada da informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Se algu\u00e9m de dentro da Pol\u00edcia Federal vaza informa\u00e7\u00f5es de uma dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada, com provas de que o depoimento de fato foi dado, se trata de uma informa\u00e7\u00e3o public\u00e1vel. No entanto, nem tudo que \u00e9 vazado merece ser publicado.<\/p>\n<p>Para n\u00e3o deixar d\u00favidas sobre minha posi\u00e7\u00e3o, esclare\u00e7o e concordo com a estrat\u00e9gia da revista Isto \u00c9, que decidiu publicar o vazamento do conte\u00fado da dela\u00e7\u00e3o premiada do senador Delc\u00eddio do Amaral. O que n\u00e3o significa que eu concorde com a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer vazamento. O ponto mais importante antes de se publicar qualquer informa\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 verificada, seja oficial ou vazada, \u00e9 o interesse p\u00fablico. N\u00e3o adianta de nada a informa\u00e7\u00e3o ser real, se ela n\u00e3o interessa a ningu\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3 que \u00e9 irrespons\u00e1vel o ve\u00edculo que tem em m\u00e3os um conte\u00fado do calibre da dela\u00e7\u00e3o de Delc\u00eddio e opta por &#8220;sentar em cima&#8221; da informa\u00e7\u00e3o. Obviamente existe um dilema \u00e9tico, j\u00e1 que a publica\u00e7\u00e3o da dela\u00e7\u00e3o pode prejudicar o andamento das investiga\u00e7\u00f5es. S\u00f3 que a\u00ed n\u00e3o \u00e9 problema do jornalista ou do ve\u00edculo, a culpa deste preju\u00edzo \u00e9 de quem, dentro da Pol\u00edcia Federal, vazou ou deixou vazar o conte\u00fado da dela\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Vejo muitas pessoas reclamando da m\u00eddia, chamando quem noticiou o vazamento da dela\u00e7\u00e3o de Delc\u00eddio, ou mesmo quem cobre com \u00eanfase a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava-Jato, de &#8220;golpista&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 nenhum golpe em entregar ao p\u00fablico informa\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o de interesse do povo. Errado estar\u00e1 se uma dela\u00e7\u00e3o vazar, seu conte\u00fado implicar o ex-presidente Fernando Henrique Cardoso, e a mesma m\u00eddia que exp\u00f4s o que Delc\u00eddio fala de Lula e Dilma n\u00e3o noticiar. Isso pode j\u00e1 ter acontecido? Claro que pode.
