A elei\u00e7\u00e3o, realizada pela primeira vez nas 44 escolas da rede e de forma simult\u00e2nea, ter\u00e1 a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e da Coordenadoria da Juventude.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Na ter\u00e7a-feira, 9, SME e Juventude estiveram reunidos para os acertos finais do pleito. Um Edital de Convoca\u00e7\u00e3o de Elei\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 lan\u00e7ado, em todas as escolas, na pr\u00f3xima sexta-feira, 4. Nele, s\u00e3o estabelecidos o cronograma, as regras para a candidatura, propaganda, apura\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados.<\/p>\n<p>As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para a composi\u00e7\u00e3o de chapas se dar\u00e1 entre os dias 7 e 10 de mar\u00e7o e elas dever\u00e3o preencher os cargos de Presidente, Vice-Presidente, Secret\u00e1rio-Geral, 1\u00ba Secret\u00e1rio, Tesoureiro-Geral e 1\u00ba Tesoureiro. A homologa\u00e7\u00e3o dessas chapas tamb\u00e9m se dar\u00e1 por uma Comiss\u00e3o Eleitoral Escolar formada por alunos que n\u00e3o se candidataram (pelo menos um e no m\u00e1ximo dois por turno), al\u00e9m de um representante docente, um representante da equipe diretiva; e um representante do Conselho de Pais e Mestres (CPM) ou Conselho Escolar. S\u00e3o eleg\u00edveis estudantes do 6\u00ba ao 9\u00ba ano do Ensino Fundamental e da EJA, caso a escola oferte esta modalidade. Os alunos inscritos somente ter\u00e3o suas candidaturas deferidas se preencherem os seguintes requisitos: estarem matriculados e com frequ\u00eancia regular; n\u00e3o estarem cursando o 9\u00ba ano do Ensino Fundamental e a Totalidade 2 da EJA para os cargos de Presidente e Tesoureiro.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A campanha das chapas acontece entre 15 e 18 de mar\u00e7o, nas\u00a0depend\u00eancias da escola, podendo acontecer antes do in\u00edcio e depois do t\u00e9rmino das aulas e\/ou durante os recreios. A campanha ser\u00e1 feita por meio de cartazes, santinhos, murais, som (hor\u00e1rio eleitoral) e\/ou reuni\u00f5es com os eleitores para divulga\u00e7\u00e3o das propostas.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A elei\u00e7\u00e3o acontecer\u00e1 no dia 21 de mar\u00e7o, no hor\u00e1rio das 8 horas \u00e0s 11h30min, das 13h30min \u00e0s 17 horas e das 19\u00a0horas\u00a0\u00e0s 21 horas para os estudantes do 3\u00ba ano ao 9\u00ba ano e da EJA. No dia da elei\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o permitidas quaisquer tipos de manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es em favor de candidatos (boca-de-urna). E a vota\u00e7\u00e3o no turno da noite ocorrer\u00e1 t\u00e3o somente nas escolas onde for ofertada a Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens e Adultos \u2013 EJA.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Os candidatos ser\u00e3o escolhidos por voto secreto, que ser\u00e1 facultativo. Ser\u00e3o classificados conforme ordem decrescente dos votos. A Comiss\u00e3o Eleitoral inscrever\u00e1 volunt\u00e1rios n\u00e3o-candidatos da comunidade escolar para atuarem como mes\u00e1rios. As chapas podem indicar um fiscal para acompanhamento do processo eleitoral da vota\u00e7\u00e3o. O resultado ser\u00e1 divulgado no\u00a0site\u00a0da Prefeitura Municipal de Canoas. A posse da nova Diretoria do Gr\u00eamio Estudantil \u2013 Gest\u00e3o 2016\/2017 acontecer\u00e1 no dia 28 de mar\u00e7o, tamb\u00e9m de forma simult\u00e2nea nas 44 escolas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Representa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 garantida em lei<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o estudantil, por meio dos gr\u00eamios, \u00e9 garantida em lei.
