A senten\u00e7a partiu do corregedor nacional de Justi\u00e7a, Lu\u00eds Felipe Salom\u00e3o, nesta segunda-feira, 15.<\/p>\n<p>Os afastados s\u00e3o os seguintes membros do Judici\u00e1rio:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gabriela Hardt, ex-titular da 13\u00aa Vara de Curitiba;<\/li>\n<li>Danilo Pereira J\u00fanior, atual titular da mesma Vara;<\/li>\n<li>Thompson Flores e Loraci Flores de Lima, desembargadores que atuam na sede do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, em Porto Alegre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Salom\u00e3o baseou sua decis\u00e3o nas acusa\u00e7\u00f5es de que eles s\u00e3o acusados de burlar a ordem processual, violar o c\u00f3digo da magistratura, prevaricar e violar decis\u00f5es do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF).<\/p>\n<p>Hardt, segundo a corregedoria do CNJ, aprovou uma funda\u00e7\u00e3o, abastecida com recursos da Petrobras ap\u00f3s acordo, com base &#8220;em informa\u00e7\u00f5es incompletas e informais, fornecidas at\u00e9 mesmo fora dos autos&#8221; pelos procuradores de Curitiba. Ele tamb\u00e9m afirmou que a opera\u00e7\u00e3o sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o se assemelha a um esquema de &#8220;cash back&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Na decis\u00e3o, \u00e9 levantada a suspeita de que os quatro afastados teriam agido por motiva\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais ao atuarem na opera\u00e7\u00e3o, inclusive desobedecendo ordens do STF.
