O documento foi sancionado pelo prefeito Nedy de Vargas Marques e publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Munic\u00edpio na quinta-feira, 7.<\/p>\n<p>O planejamento estabelece mecanismos de resposta da Prefeitura por meio de a\u00e7\u00f5es preventivas, de socorro, assistenciais e recuperativas. O objetivo \u00e9 evitar ou minimizar danos e preju\u00edzos, proteger a popula\u00e7\u00e3o e buscar o restabelecimento da normalidade social quando situa\u00e7\u00f5es desse tipo ocorrerem.<\/p>\n<p>As a\u00e7\u00f5es da Defesa Civil para uma resposta mais eficaz est\u00e3o divididas em seis fases: preven\u00e7\u00e3o, mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o, prepara\u00e7\u00e3o, resposta, recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o. As principais atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de cada um dos participantes tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o descritas no Plano.<\/p>\n<p>Para o secret\u00e1rio adjunto do Escrit\u00f3rio de Resili\u00eancia Clim\u00e1tica (Eclima) e Defesa Civil, Igor Sousa, o Plano de Conting\u00eancia \u00e9 fundamentado na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de previs\u00e3o e respostas aos potenciais desastres. &#8220;\u00c9 um documento bem amplo e dentro dele cada unidade tem sua responsabilidade.
