A fila ocorreu na ag\u00eancia central do banco em Canoas, na esquina das ruas 15 de Janeiro e Fioravante Milanez. Por volta das 14h, cerca de 70 pessoas aguardavam o chamado dentro da ag\u00eancia, e uma fila de cerca de 50 pessoas esperava as senhas no entorno dos caixas eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A fila ocorreu por consequ\u00eancia do <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/jornaltimoneiro.com.br\/index.php\/2024\/01\/17\/canoas-decreta-situacao-de-emergencia-que-permite-o-saque-do-fgts-pelos-atingidos\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">decreto de situa\u00e7\u00e3o de emerg\u00eancia na cidade<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ap\u00f3s o temporal que atingiu a Regi\u00e3o Metropolitana e a capital, Porto Alegre, na noite do dia 17. Assinado pelo prefeito em exerc\u00edcio, Nedy de Vargas Marques, o documento contou com o parecer do Escrit\u00f3rio de Resili\u00eancia Clim\u00e1tica (Eclima).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As pessoas atingidas pelos efeitos do temporal podem requisitar o saque do Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Servi\u00e7o (FGTS) nas ag\u00eancias da Caixa por at\u00e9 180 dias.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Mas, aten\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4>\n<p>O decreto de emerg\u00eancia simplifica as contrata\u00e7\u00f5es emergenciais necess\u00e1rias por parte do governo e possibilita que, pela classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de N\u00edvel II, os cidad\u00e3os afetados pelo desastre encaminhem a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de saque do FGTS. Esse processo, no entanto, n\u00e3o \u00e9 imediato, pois ainda depende da homologa\u00e7\u00e3o do Governo do Estado e do reconhecimento pelo Governo Federal. A Prefeitura ir\u00e1 informar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre essa libera\u00e7\u00e3o em seus canais oficiais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O evento clim\u00e1tico teve registro de ventos de 100 km\/h e deixou milhares de moradores sem luz e \u00e1gua por dias. A prefeitura espera um novo levantamento dos pontos ainda afetados pela falta de luz.
