Nedy se recupera em Porto Alegre de um procedimento card\u00edaco e, ontem, divulgou v\u00eddeo dizendo estar bem e confiante em alta logo.<\/p>\n<p>Enquanto isso, o presidente da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, Cris Moraes, assumiu como prefeito interino de Canoas. A decis\u00e3o foi anunciada no final da tarde desta sexta-feira (24), ap\u00f3s parecer jur\u00eddico da Procuradoria-Geral do Munic\u00edpio (PGM), que teria se baseado na Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal e como motivo que o vice-prefeito, Nedy de Vargas Marques, est\u00e1 hospitalizado e fora da cidade.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Segundo a lei, qualquer procedimento referente \u00e0 posse do prefeito \u00e9 de compet\u00eancia exclusiva da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, na figura de seu presidente, incluindo a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o m\u00e9rito de eventual impedimento cl\u00ednico. Al\u00e9m disso, o local de compromisso e os demais atos relativos \u00e0 posse dever\u00e3o ocorrer perante o Legislativo&#8221;, diz a nota divulgada pelo prefeito interino.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRecebi oficialmente a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a na tarde desta sexta-feira. Cabe ao presidente da C\u00e2mara dar posse ao vice-prefeito e, na impossibilidade do mesmo por estar hospitalizado em Porto Alegre e com parecer do procurador-geral do Munic\u00edpio, cabe ao presidente do Legislativo assumir interinamente a Prefeitura.
