Ele faz parte do ciclo de planejamento, que inclui o Plano de Governo, o Plano Plurianual (PPA), a Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias (LDO) e a Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual (LOA).<\/p>\n<p>Juntos, esses elementos delineiam as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas a serem executadas, garantindo uma administra\u00e7\u00e3o eficiente e focada nas necessidades da comunidade.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Lei de Diretrizes Or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A LDO trata de quest\u00f5es cruciais, como altera\u00e7\u00f5es na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o tribut\u00e1ria e limites para os or\u00e7amentos dos Poderes Executivo e Legislativo Municipal, incluindo gastos com pessoal e d\u00edvida p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Em cumprimento \u00e0 Lei de Responsabilidade Fiscal (LRF), a LDO tamb\u00e9m contempla a pol\u00edtica fiscal, o contingenciamento de gastos e as transfer\u00eancias de recursos para entidades p\u00fablicas e privadas.<\/p>\n<p>Isso garante que o munic\u00edpio mantenha uma gest\u00e3o fiscal respons\u00e1vel e transparente.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>R$ 417 milh\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>O projeto aprovado prev\u00ea uma receita provis\u00f3ria de aproximadamente R$ 417 milh\u00f5es.
