Caso aumentem sua margem de lucro em virtude das fortes chuvas, os estabelecimentos ficar\u00e3o sujeitos a penalidades previstas pelo C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor.<\/p>\n
Por conta da alta na procura pelos materiais, principalmente depois da chuva de granizo na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a-feira, realizou 12 abordagens at\u00e9 o final do dia.<\/p>\n
\u201cN\u00e3o podemos permitir abusividade nos pre\u00e7os neste momento dif\u00edcil que estamos enfrentando em decorr\u00eancia das fortes chuvas na nossa cidade. \u00c9 importante que o consumidor, ao constatar alguma pr\u00e1tica abusiva, formalize sua den\u00fancia junto ao Procon para que possamos averiguar e tomar as medidas cab\u00edveis, de acordo com o que disp\u00f5e o C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor\u201d, explicou a diretora do Procon Canoas, Ta\u00eds Marques.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
