{"id":25610,"date":"2023-08-31T18:01:37","date_gmt":"2023-08-31T21:01:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jornaltimoneiro.com.br\/?p=25610"},"modified":"2023-08-31T18:01:37","modified_gmt":"2023-08-31T21:01:37","slug":"projeto-de-lei-para-seguranca-nas-escolas-e-aprovado-na-camara-municipal-de-canoas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/homologa02.otimoneiro.com.br\/?p=25610","title":{"rendered":"Projeto de Lei para Seguran\u00e7a nas Escolas \u00e9 aprovado na C\u00e2mara Municipal de Canoas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Na sess\u00e3o da quinta-feira, 24, o projeto de lei, de autoria do vereador Abmael Almeida (Solidariedade), foi aprovado.<\/p>\n<p>Este projeto visa aumentar a seguran\u00e7a nas escolas e creches da Rede Municipal de Ensino de Canoas, uma resposta aos recentes e acontecimentos de ataques em institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino pelo pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Viol\u00eancia nas creches<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A proposta, baseada nas ocorr\u00eancias de viol\u00eancia em escolas e creches no Brasil, reconhece a necessidade de implementar medidas que garantam a seguran\u00e7a dos estudantes, professores e demais membros da comunidade escolar.<\/p>\n<p>A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto ocorreu ap\u00f3s a trag\u00e9dia ocorrida recentemente em Blumenau, Santa Catarina, onde quatro crian\u00e7as foram mortas e outras cinco ficaram feridas ap\u00f3s um ataque a uma creche.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto institui o Programa Municipal de Vigil\u00e2ncia e Monitoramento da Rede Municipal de Ensino, estabelecendo uma s\u00e9rie de protocolos de preven\u00e7\u00e3o, identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a\u00e7\u00e3o diante de poss\u00edveis amea\u00e7as. Entre as medidas propostas est\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A presen\u00e7a de pelo menos um vigilante ou guarda armado nas escolas e creches durante o per\u00edodo escolar, com a possibilidade de aumentar esse n\u00famero conforme a necessidade de cada institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A instala\u00e7\u00e3o de c\u00e2meras de videomonitoramento em locais estrat\u00e9gicos, tais como entradas, p\u00e1tios e salas de aula, com grava\u00e7\u00e3o das imagens por um m\u00ednimo de 60 dias.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Treinamento anual para 80% dos funcion\u00e1rios das escolas voltado \u00e0 conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o e identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas relacionados \u00e0 sa\u00fade mental dos alunos, bem como abordagens pedag\u00f3gicas para preven\u00e7\u00e3o de comportamentos agressivos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de relat\u00f3rios anuais sobre ocorr\u00eancias de viol\u00eancia nas escolas, a serem compartilhados com as Secretarias Municipais de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Pais<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>O projeto prev\u00ea ainda a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes de trabalho nas Associa\u00e7\u00f5es de Pais e Professores, encarregadas de atuar em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de emerg\u00eancia e contribuir para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas preventivas de seguran\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>A dire\u00e7\u00e3o das escolas, juntamente com as equipes de trabalho e as guarni\u00e7\u00f5es da Rede de Seguran\u00e7a Escolar, realizar\u00e3o treinamentos conjuntos mensais e simula\u00e7\u00f5es semestrais surpresa para aprimorar a resposta a situa\u00e7\u00f5es de emerg\u00eancia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na sess\u00e3o da quinta-feira, 24, o projeto de lei, de autoria do vereador Abmael Almeida (Solidariedade), foi aprovado.
