No s\u00e1bado, 12, das 10h \u00e0s 12h, a Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Canoas da Trensurb recebe mais uma vez a a\u00e7\u00e3o Vida sobre Trilhos, do projeto Help, focada em sa\u00fade mental e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da vida.<\/p>\n

Volunt\u00e1rios do projeto ir\u00e3o distribuir mensagens motivacionais aos usu\u00e1rios do metr\u00f4 e oferecer um local de escuta qualificada, o chamado \u201cCantinho do Desabafo\u201d, onde ficam \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o para ouvir e conversar com quem esteja necessitando de apoio emocional.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, eles promovem din\u00e2micas interativas diversas buscando incentivar que o p\u00fablico participante da a\u00e7\u00e3o alcance suas pr\u00f3prias hist\u00f3rias de supera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O projeto disponibiliza ainda o acompanhamento das pessoas atendidas por parte dos volunt\u00e1rios e conta tamb\u00e9m com atendimento por telefone e WhatsApp, por meio do n\u00famero nacional (11) 4200-0034.<\/p>\n

Depress\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Conforme a Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade, mais de 300 milh\u00f5es de pessoas em todo o planeta sofrem de depress\u00e3o. A cada 40 segundos, uma pessoa, no mundo, tira a pr\u00f3pria vida. E o Rio Grande do Sul, historicamente, \u00e9 o estado com a maior taxa de suic\u00eddio do Brasil, que chega a 12,4 mortes a cada 100 mil habitantes.<\/p>\n

Buscando contribuir para mudar essa realidade, os volunt\u00e1rios do Help prestam servi\u00e7os \u00e0 comunidade, ao conscientizar sobre a sa\u00fade mental e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da vida e tamb\u00e9m amparar aqueles que lidam com ansiedade, depress\u00e3o, s\u00edndrome do p\u00e2nico, desejos de suic\u00eddio, entre outros.<\/p>\n

Os participantes do projeto s\u00e3o, em geral, pessoas que j\u00e1 venceram esses problemas, muitas vezes vistos como tabu na sociedade. Desse modo, eles procuram realizar um trabalho social, apresentando, atrav\u00e9s de suas pr\u00f3prias hist\u00f3rias de vit\u00f3ria, ferramentas para que outras pessoas tamb\u00e9m possam superar quest\u00f5es de ordem emocional e reconstruir sua sa\u00fade mental.<\/p>\n

A parceria com a Trensurb teve in\u00edcio em outubro do ano passado. A a\u00e7\u00e3o deste s\u00e1bado ser\u00e1 a 43\u00aa desde ent\u00e3o, alcan\u00e7ando, ao longo desse per\u00edodo, 10,2 mil usu\u00e1rios do metr\u00f4 nos seis munic\u00edpios atendidos pela linha do trem. Ao todo, 157 pessoas foram atendidas no Cantinho do Desabafo e mais de 150 volunt\u00e1rios participaram das atividades.<\/p>\n

Est\u00e3o programadas a\u00e7\u00f5es nas esta\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 setembro, sempre aos s\u00e1bados, das 10h \u00e0s 12h:<\/strong><\/p>\n
