Dois deles tiveram a interdi\u00e7\u00e3o de dois bicos de gasolina, um de diesel e um de GNV, pela ANP e Inmetro, por estarem fornecendo uma quantidade menor de combust\u00edvel ao consumidor.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, foram encontradas outras irregularidades, como leitores digitais indicadores de pre\u00e7o por litro nas bombas que estavam ileg\u00edveis e com falhas na numera\u00e7\u00e3o, o que prejudicava a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do valor total a ser pago pelos consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m foi notificado um dos postos para regularizar a nomenclatura dos combust\u00edveis nas bombas, que n\u00e3o pode estar abreviada.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Den\u00fancia<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi motivada por den\u00fancias feitas pelos pr\u00f3prios consumidores de Canoas, que solicitaram a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o por meio do WhatsApp do Procon (51) 99149-0991.<\/p>\n<p>Os estabelecimentos notificados ter\u00e3o um prazo de 20 dias \u00fateis para recorrer de eventuais multas aplicadas durante a opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o foi realizada nos postos de combust\u00edveis da cidade, reunindo o Procon Canoas, o Instituto Nacional de Metrologia, Qualidade e Tecnologia (Inmetro) e a Ag\u00eancia Nacional do Petr\u00f3leo (ANP).
