Novos depoimentos de defesa e acusa\u00e7\u00e3o do processo de impeachment do vice-prefeito de Canoas, Nedy de Vargas Marques (Avante), comandado pela Comiss\u00e3o Processante da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, foram realizados durante a manh\u00e3 e parte da tarde de quinta-feira, 22.<\/p>\n

De forma presencial, Camila Mousquer Buralde, Juliano da Silva, Lu\u00eds Davi e o pr\u00f3prio Vice-prefeito testemunharam.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00f3ximos passos <\/strong><\/h4>\n

A Comiss\u00e3o Processante tem at\u00e9 90 dias para concluir o processo. Transcorrido o prazo sem o julgamento, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 arquivada.<\/p>\n

Conclu\u00eddos os depoimentos, Nedy tem o prazo de cinco dias \u00fateis, com in\u00edcio em 23\/06\/2023, para consultar o processo e apresentar a defesa por escrito, nos termos do inciso V do artigo 5o do Decreto-Lei 201\/67.<\/p>\n

Por fim, ap\u00f3s os cinco dias \u00fateis, em 03\/07\/2023, a Comiss\u00e3o Processante emite o parecer final, pela proced\u00eancia ou improced\u00eancia da acusa\u00e7\u00e3o e solicita ao presidente da C\u00e2mara a convoca\u00e7\u00e3o de sess\u00e3o para julgamento.<\/p>\n

Julgamento<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Na sess\u00e3o para julgamento do impeachment, o processo ser\u00e1 lido integralmente, e ent\u00e3o, os vereadores t\u00eam 15 minutos cada, caso queiram se manifestar.<\/p>\n

Nedy de Vargas Marques, ou seu procurador, ter\u00e1 o prazo m\u00ednimo de duas horas para apresentar a sua defesa. Conclu\u00edda a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o, come\u00e7am as vota\u00e7\u00f5es para decidir se o vice-prefeito \u00e9 ou n\u00e3o culpado pelas infra\u00e7\u00f5es articuladas na den\u00fancia.<\/p>\n

Para que Nedy tenha o mandato cassado, \u00e9 preciso que 14 dos 21 vereadores votem a favor do impeachment. Conclu\u00eddo o julgamento, o presidente da C\u00e2mara anuncia imediatamente o resultado e far\u00e1 lavrar a ata da vota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
