A a\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu na Prefeitura Municipal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Relembre processo de vota\u00e7\u00e3o no Legislativo canoense<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na sess\u00e3o de ter\u00e7a-feira, 25 abril, ap\u00f3s aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do presidente da casa, Cris Moraes (PV), e leitura em plen\u00e1rio, a C\u00e2mara Municipal de Canoas aprovou a abertura de um processo de impeachment contra o vice-prefeito Nedy de Vargas Marques (Avante), que esteve como prefeito em exerc\u00edcio durante afastamento de Jairo Jorge (PSD), de mar\u00e7o de 2022 a mar\u00e7o de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>O pedido foi aceito por dezoito votos a dois. Se o impeachment for aprovado, Nedy de Vargas Marques ter\u00e1 o mandato cassado, e perde de forma definitiva o cargo de vice-prefeito de Canoas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pedido de\u00a0<em>impeachment<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O processo foi enviado por uma eleitora, e tem como base os termos do artigo 4o, incisos VIII, do Decreto-lei no 201\/67, que trata sobre \u201cOmitir-se ou negligenciar na defesa de bens, rendas, direitos ou interesses do Munic\u00edpio sujeito \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Prefeitura;\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vota\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante a reuni\u00e3o, foi feita a leitura do pedido de impeachment e colocados em vota\u00e7\u00e3o o recebimento da den\u00fancia e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma Comiss\u00e3o Processante para investigar as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es. Por dezoito votos a dois, a C\u00e2mara aprovou um pedido de impeachment do prefeito. Dos 21 vereadores, 20 votaram.
