Policiais civis da 1\u00aa Delegacia de Sapucaia do Sul – 1\u00aa DP\/SAPUCAIA DO SUL, coordenados pelo Delegado Gabriel Borges e pelo Delegado Regional Mario Souza, ap\u00f3s 1 ano e meio de Investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, identificaram o maior esquema de lavagem de dinheiro do crime organizado ga\u00facho, e deflagraram, nesta ter\u00e7a-feira, 19, a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Kraken.<\/strong><\/p>\n

De acordo com a Pol\u00edcia Civil, os valores obtidos a partir do tr\u00e1fico de drogas e crimes patrimoniais (roubos, latroc\u00ednios etc.) eram maquiados e investidos de forma empresarial por fac\u00e7\u00e3o ga\u00facha que atua no Rio Grande do Sul, parte do Sul do Brasil e possui liga\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais.<\/p>\n

Os policiais civis ap\u00f3s essas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es com o apoio do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico do RS representaram e obtiveram 1.368 (um mil trezentos e sessenta e oito) ordens judiciais no combate a maior organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa do sul do Brasil e dos crimes de oculta\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o de bens e valores praticados por esse grupo criminoso.<\/p>\n

A coordena\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 em conjunto com BM, SUSEPE, CMBRS, PC\/SC, PC\/PR, PC\/MS, PRF E DEPEN. Foram mais de 1.302 (um mil trezentos e dois) agentes p\u00fablicos cumprindo 1.368 (uma mil trezentos e sessenta e oito) ordens judiciais em 38 (trinta e oito) cidades do RS e em 4 (quatro) estados da federa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Segundo dados da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa investigada possui car\u00e1ter empresarial, atuando de forma regrada, discreta e sempre visando o lucro por meio da pr\u00e1tica de infra\u00e7\u00f5es penais. Principalmente crimes patrimoniais, narcotr\u00e1fico e tr\u00e1fico de armas de fogo. Pode-se dizer que, segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, todo o tipo de conduta il\u00edcita capaz de gerar lucro \u00e9 praticada pelos membros.<\/p>\n
