Ora, como se fosse necess\u00e1rio acreditar em algo t\u00e3o \u00f3bvio quanto a exist\u00eancia de tudo. Absolutamente tudo o que vemos, e at\u00e9 muitos fen\u00f4menos que n\u00e3o vemos, s\u00e3o constitu\u00eddos por energia.<\/p>\n<p>Sem entrar em detalhes cient\u00edficos e, ao mesmo tempo, fundamentando esta quest\u00e3o, basta entendermos que tudo \u00e9 formado por \u00e1tomos.<\/p>\n<p>O que me deixa perplexo \u00e9 saber que a maioria dos empres\u00e1rios faz parte do grupo do \u201cn\u00e3o acredito nisto\u201d. Considerando que uma empresa \u00e9 constitu\u00edda por energia financeira e energia humana, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel deduzir o qu\u00e3o racional \u00e9 a administra\u00e7\u00e3o destes neg\u00f3cios.<\/p>\n<p>Uma gest\u00e3o racional se baseia em fatores conhecidos, dados, n\u00fameros e elementos vis\u00edveis e palp\u00e1veis. A partir disto, s\u00e3o projetados resultados futuros em um planejamento estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p>\n<p>Considerando que em torno de 10% dos fen\u00f4menos n\u00f3s n\u00e3o temos dom\u00ednio algum (o tempo, a vida, entre outros) e 90% s\u00e3o escolhas que fazemos, fica claro que o andamento de tudo sofre a influ\u00eancia de fatores irracionais. A cada momento s\u00e3o tomadas decis\u00f5es que determinar\u00e3o um resultado futuro. Mesmo de posse de um mapa do caminho (planejamento estrat\u00e9gico), no decorrer do percurso surgem in\u00fameras vari\u00e1veis e incertezas. Muitas destas circunst\u00e2ncias inesperadas se originam a partir das pessoas envolvidas nos processos.<\/p>\n<p>Na administra\u00e7\u00e3o de um neg\u00f3cio lida-se basicamente com dois tipos de energia: as est\u00e1ticas, atreladas a energia financeira, capital, bens, e outros, que possuem valores determinados; e as din\u00e2micas, relacionadas \u00e0s pessoas, como os colaboradores, os clientes, os fornecedores, o poder p\u00fablico, os investidores, a comunidade em geral, enfim, todos os interessados no neg\u00f3cio.<\/p>\n<p>O \u201cn\u00e3o acredito nisto\u201d, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 energia do neg\u00f3cio, continuar\u00e1 existindo, \u00e0s vezes prejudicando a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de melhores resultados, al\u00e9m de mudan\u00e7as de rumo de muitas situa\u00e7\u00f5es. A administra\u00e7\u00e3o dos fatores invis\u00edveis ainda n\u00e3o \u00e9 considerada como essencial para o pleno desempenho empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Enfim, n\u00e3o acreditar em algo n\u00e3o significa que n\u00e3o existe.
