A CICS Canoas promove, atrav\u00e9s do seu N\u00facleo da Gastronomia, o Drive Thru Sopa do Bem, que ocorre no pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e1bado, 11, das 11h \u00e0s 14h, no estacionamento do Canoas T\u00eanis Clube (entrada dos participantes pela Rua Sete Povos).<\/p>\n

A a\u00e7\u00e3o, que tem como objetivo angariar fundos para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da Cozinha Solid\u00e1ria idealizada pelo N\u00facleo da Gastronomia e pelo Banco de Alimentos de Canoas, ter\u00e1 o preparo dos kits na cozinha do campus Canoas da UniRitter, realizado por alunos do Gastronomia, sob supervis\u00e3o do chef Mois\u00e9s Basso, professor do curso e criador das receitas.<\/p>\n

Cada kit, que serve at\u00e9 2 pessoas, cont\u00eam sopa de capeletti, creme de ervilhas, creme de moranga, queijo ralado, tempero verde e croutons.<\/p>\n

Os convites est\u00e3o sendo comercializados a R$ 50,00 por kit, nos seguintes pontos de venda: Xis Rei, Kabana Pizzaria, Casa Rapach Pizzaria, Svariato Massas e Grelhados e CICS Canoas.<\/p>\n

A proposta do Projeto Cozinha Solid\u00e1ria \u00e9 capacitar as pessoas da cidade de Canoas que s\u00e3o amparadas pelo Banco de Alimentos, para que sua inser\u00e7\u00e3o ou reinser\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado de trabalho seja mais r\u00e1pida. O N\u00facleo de Gastronomia da CICS oferecer\u00e1 o conhecimento do setor para instruir e capacitar essas pessoas.<\/p>\n
