Assim, l\u00edderes pol\u00edticos (Bolsonaro, Ciro Gomes, A\u00e9cio Neves) deram de investir na teoria de que, para a lisura do pleito e a seguran\u00e7a do eleitor, \u00e9 preciso que ele receba um comprovante f\u00edsico do voto. Como nada surpreende, a ideia vai ganhando adeptos e tem chance de ser aprovada ainda este ano, para valer em 2022.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Factoides circulam alegremente nas redes sociais. Segundo um deles, somente Brasil, Venezuela e Cuba adotam o voto eletr\u00f4nico \u2013 em Cuba nem existe voto eletr\u00f4nico. Em outro, estamos na companhia nada prestigiosa de Bangladesh e But\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O voto eletr\u00f4nico \u00e9 usado em pelo menos 46 pa\u00edses, segundo o Tribunal Superior Eleito ,<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ral-TSE. H\u00e1 variantes do sistema, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o iguais ao Brasil, mas \u00e9 urna e contagem eletr\u00f4nica. E h\u00e1 pa\u00edses em que o eleitor vota em casa pela internet, o que deve ser, em tese, um sistema bem mais vulner\u00e1vel do que a urna eletr\u00f4nica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Os eleitores brasileiros votam em cerca de 400 mil se\u00e7\u00f5es eleitorais, com um aparato quase perfeito para evitar, por exemplo, que algu\u00e9m possa votar em nome de outro eleitor. As se\u00e7\u00f5es eleitorais t\u00eam uma mesa de um presidente e tr\u00eas mes\u00e1rios, que s\u00e3o os respons\u00e1veis pelos cuidados com os equipamentos, a boa ordem do pleito, a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos votantes, as instru\u00e7\u00f5es para os eleitores, a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o das atas e registros, o transporte da urna para a central de apura\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Falar em fraude, como faz o presidente Jair Bolsonaro, \u00e9 uma mentira calculada, para fins indecorosos \u2013 em todo o caso, vencendo ou perdendo, \u00e9 porque v\u00e3o lhe afanar milh\u00f5es de votos. \u00c9 a forma tosca \u2013 como conv\u00e9m ao personagem \u2013 de impugnar por antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o o resultado, em caso de derrota.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Um conluio dessa ordem, capaz de inverter o resultado da elei\u00e7\u00e3o presidencial, s\u00f3 seria poss\u00edvel com a adultera\u00e7\u00e3o de 400 mil urnas eletr\u00f4nicas, ou parte substancial delas, e com a coniv\u00eancia de um milh\u00e3o e seiscentos mil mes\u00e1rios. A conspira\u00e7\u00e3o teria de contar, ainda, com a cumplicidade de 27 tribunais regionais eleitorais e do pr\u00f3prio TRE.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Todo o sistema pode ser auditado por candidatos, partidos, Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, OAB e at\u00e9 pelo eleitor comum. Uma fraude no sistema implica na contamina\u00e7\u00e3o de todos esses mecanismos de aferi\u00e7\u00e3o e controle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Devem ter falhas \u2013 nada \u00e9 perfeito. Mas \u00e9 um sistema de alta performance. A prova definitiva est\u00e1 em que desde 1996, quando ele foi implantado no Brasil, os resultados da elei\u00e7\u00e3o foram comemorados pelos vencedores e digeridos quase sem choro pelos derrotados. Praticamente ningu\u00e9m reclama de fraude. Os eleitos tomaram posse e (em geral) conclu\u00edram seus mandatos. As raras impugna\u00e7\u00f5es foram afastadas pela Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">O Brasil n\u00e3o \u00e9 para amadores, como assinalou o ministro Lu\u00eds Roberto Barroso, do STF, citando Tom Jobim. Quem costuma reclamar de fraude nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 o perdedor. No Brasil, n\u00e3o.
