Desde o come\u00e7o da pandemia do novo coronav\u00edrus, a procura por m\u00e1scaras e \u00e1lcool gel \u00e9 intensa e gera falta de produtos em in\u00fameros estabelecimentos. Diversas farm\u00e1cias e com\u00e9rcios de Canoas aproveitaram a escassez no mercado como uma oportunidade de aumentar os pre\u00e7os, afetando diretamente o bolso de quem busca preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Covid-19. O Programa de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa do Consumidor (Procon), \u00f3rg\u00e3o vinculado a Prefeitura de Canoas, realiza a\u00e7\u00f5es constantes para combater a discrep\u00e2ncia de valores nos principais pontos da cidade.<\/p>\n

Entre os dias 13 de mar\u00e7o e 28 de abril, o Procon Canoas realizou mais de 100 a\u00e7\u00f5es de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, que resultaram em 70 farm\u00e1cias notificadas e 30 estabelecimentos na \u00e1rea aliment\u00edcia (supermercados, lojas de conveni\u00eancia e minimercados).<\/p>\n

Em alguns supermercados, sob a a\u00e7\u00e3o do Procon, foi constatado que os aumentos adivinham da ind\u00fastria. No entanto, ap\u00f3s notifica\u00e7\u00e3o, eles reduziram sua margem de lucro. Dentre as farm\u00e1cias notificadas, como forma de mudan\u00e7a de conduta, duas grandes redes come\u00e7aram a comercializar \u00e1lcool gel a pre\u00e7o de custo.<\/p>\n

No mesmo per\u00edodo, foram recebidas e atendidas 86 den\u00fancias nas diversas \u00e1reas do com\u00e9rcio municipal. O Procon Canoas, antes mesmo do decreto publicado no dia 19 de mar\u00e7o, j\u00e1 estava realizando a\u00e7\u00f5es preventivas, advertindo, notificando e, em casos de descumprimento das determina\u00e7\u00f5es, aplicando as san\u00e7\u00f5es legais cab\u00edveis. As fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram in\u00edcio em raz\u00e3o de rumores e alguns relatos de consumidores quanto a aumentos de pre\u00e7os de forma abusiva em produtos como \u00e1lcool gel, luvas e m\u00e1scaras protetoras.<\/p>\n

A popula\u00e7\u00e3o de Canoas tamb\u00e9m pode contribuir com o trabalho dos agentes do Procon, denunciando poss\u00edveis cobran\u00e7as indevidas.
