A jovem iniciou sua carreira no taekwondo com 10 anos de idade, no projeto Atleta Cidad\u00e3o do Futuro, da Prefeitura Municipal de Canoas.<br \/>\nAluna da Escola Municipal de Ensino Fundamental Professor Thiago Wurth, no bairro Mathias Velho, Santana integra a Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Ga\u00facha e Brasileira de Taekwondo. Conquistou o t\u00edtulo de campe\u00e3 ga\u00facha em 2013 e, no ano seguinte, alcan\u00e7ou o bicampeonato na mesma competi\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cEm momento algum, Andressa estagnou ou desistiu por conta dos diversos obst\u00e1culos, tornando-se bicampe\u00e3 brasileira, tetracampe\u00e3 do Open Internacional, campe\u00e3 da Copa Mercosul, al\u00e9m de diversos t\u00edtulos regionais que conquistou\u201d, destacou Patricio.<br \/>\nO parlamentar tamb\u00e9m prestou homenagem a Ronaldo Prucimo, atleta e professor de taekwondo. Atual t\u00e9cnico de Andressa, ele \u00e9 campe\u00e3o brasileiro na modalidade. \u201c\u00c9 uma grande honra representar Canoas nas competi\u00e7\u00f5es.
