{"id":14495,"date":"2019-09-19T10:08:58","date_gmt":"2019-09-19T13:08:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jornaltimoneiro.com.br\/?p=14495"},"modified":"2019-09-19T10:08:58","modified_gmt":"2019-09-19T13:08:58","slug":"projeto-proibe-condenados-pela-lei-maria-da-penha-a-serem-nomeados-como-ccs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/homologa02.otimoneiro.com.br\/?p=14495","title":{"rendered":"Projeto pro\u00edbe condenados pela Lei Maria da Penha a serem nomeados como CC\u2019s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 029\/19, de autoria do vereador Lebr\u00e3o (PT), foi aprovado por 6 votos a 4, durante a sess\u00e3o da ter\u00e7a-feira, 10, na C\u00e2mara de Vereadores de Nova Santa Rita.<br \/>\nO projeto em quest\u00e3o \u201cVeda a nomea\u00e7\u00e3o para Cargo em Comiss\u00e3o de pessoas que tenham sido condenadas pela Lei Federal n\u00ba 11.340\/2006 \u2013 Lei Maria da Penha, em Nova Santa Rita\u201d.<br \/>\nO principal objetivo do vereador Lebr\u00e3o ao propor o presente projeto \u00e9 o de moralizar ainda mais as nomea\u00e7\u00f5es de CC\u2019s, impedindo de agressores de mulheres ocupem cargos da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica do munic\u00edpio.<br \/>\nConforme os dados da reda\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, sete mulheres morrem diariamente no Brasil v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, o que coloca o pa\u00eds em 5\u00ba lugar no ranking mundial dos pa\u00edses que mais cometem feminic\u00eddio.<br \/>\nO vereador Lebr\u00e3o entende que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio medidas mais fortes por parte do Poder P\u00fablico Municipal para garantir que agressores de mulheres n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o nomeados para cargos em comiss\u00e3o.
