As cal\u00e7adas de algumas ruas e trechos no Centro de Canoas v\u00eam deixando a desejar \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o da cidade. Os buracos e pisos soltos tornam o deslocamento da popula\u00e7\u00e3o dif\u00edcil e por muitas vezes perigoso.
\nUm dos trechos onde a cal\u00e7ada est\u00e1 mais danifica fica numa das avenidas mais importantes do Centro, na Victor Barreto. A gerente da loja Tudo \u00datil, onde a cal\u00e7ada apresenta desn\u00edvel e buracos, expressou a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com o descaso e com os cidad\u00e3os que ali transitam diariamente. \u201cQuase todo o dia temos que socorrer algu\u00e9m que caiu aqui na frente da loja, principalmente idosos. Em dia de chuva piora a circula\u00e7\u00e3o, os pisos n\u00e3o est\u00e3o no n\u00edvel\u201d. A lojista contou que h\u00e1 cerca de dez dias a Prefeitura fez um reparo na cal\u00e7ada, mas ainda foi insuficiente, e os problemas persistem. <\/p>\n

O que diz a Lei? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Segundo a Lei Org\u00e2nica do Munic\u00edpio n\u00b0 5961 de 11 de dezembro de 2015, a pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da cal\u00e7ada dever\u00e3o ser executadas pelo propriet\u00e1rio ou possuidor do im\u00f3vel fronteiro a ele. <\/p>\n

O que diz a Prefeitura sobre o trecho citado na mat\u00e9ria:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

\u201cA Subprefeitura Centro n\u00e3o esteve no local nos \u00faltimos dias. O trecho referido da cal\u00e7ada foi danificado por uma obra, realizada pelo propriet\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel, para ligar a tubula\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00e9dio \u00e0 rede coletora de esgoto da Corsan. O mesmo receber\u00e1 uma notifica\u00e7\u00e3o para que a cal\u00e7ada seja, devidamente, restaurada.
\nAs cal\u00e7adas s\u00e3o responsabilidade dos propriet\u00e1rios, a menos que seja em \u00e1reas p\u00fablicas do munic\u00edpio, a\u00ed s\u00e3o da Prefeitura. A Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Habita\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a respons\u00e1vel por fiscalizar as cal\u00e7adas do munic\u00edpio\u201d. <\/p>\n
