{"id":14043,"date":"2019-07-12T11:03:33","date_gmt":"2019-07-12T14:03:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jornaltimoneiro.com.br\/?p=14043"},"modified":"2019-07-12T11:11:16","modified_gmt":"2019-07-12T14:11:16","slug":"aprovado-dias-de-passe-livre-no-transporte-coletivo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/homologa02.otimoneiro.com.br\/?p=14043","title":{"rendered":"Aprovado &#8220;Dias de Passe Livre&#8221; no Transporte Coletivo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foi aprovado na C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, em sess\u00e3o no dia 2 de julho, o\u00a0<strong>Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 021\/19<\/strong>, de autoria do\u00a0<strong>vereador Rodrigo Pedal (PT)<\/strong>, que\u00a0<strong>cria os \u201cDias de Passe Livre\u201d no Sistema de Transporte Coletivo de Nova Santa Rita.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O projeto visa incentivar e assegurar a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de todos do munic\u00edpio nas campanhas de vacina\u00e7\u00e3o, nos eventos de comemora\u00e7\u00e3o ao Dia de Santa Rita \u2013 padroeira do munic\u00edpio \u2013 e nos dias de elei\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Segundos dados municipais, muitas pessoas de baixa renda deixam de vacinarem a si e a seus filhos e filhas, de participarem das festividades da cidade ou de exercerem sua cidadania votando por n\u00e3o terem dinheiro para o deslocamento \u2013 ainda mais que as passagens ficam cada vez mais caras a cada ano.<\/p>\n<p>Com rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Campanha de Vacina\u00e7\u00e3o Contra a Gripe, apenas 45% das pessoas tomaram a vacina e parte dos outros 55% alegam a falta de dinheiro para o Transporte Coletivo como motivo para n\u00e3o terem ido at\u00e9 os Postos de Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p>Nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de 2018, em todo o Brasil 20% dos eleitores deixaram de votar \u2013 aproximadamente 30 milh\u00f5es de pessoas. Em Nova Santa Rita, 10% dos eleitores se abstiveram, apesar de estarem aptas a votarem. Parte desse n\u00famero n\u00e3o votou por desmotiva\u00e7\u00e3o, mas outro percentual deixou de ir por quest\u00f5es financeiras.<\/p>\n<p>No projeto o vereador Pedal indica que o Dia do Passe Livre seja no dia 22 de maio, dia de Santa Rita, mas tamb\u00e9m pede para que ocorra em dias de elei\u00e7\u00f5es e nas campanhas de vacina\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o ultrapassando 12 (doze) dias por ano.<\/p>\n<p>A Secretaria Municipal de Transportes e Servi\u00e7os P\u00fablicos estabelecer\u00e1 um quadro de hor\u00e1rios pr\u00f3prios para estes dias, devendo fiscalizar a sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A aprova\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu por unanimidade pelo Legislativo Municipal.
