O evento que prop\u00f5e o fortalecimento da reforma psiqui\u00e1trica e o rompimento com o modelo manicomial comemorou sua quinta edi\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00faltima semana. Canoas foi o primeiro munic\u00edpio ga\u00facho a instituir uma pol\u00edtica sobre sa\u00fade mental. A semana foi aberta oficialmente no in\u00edcio da tarde de ter\u00e7a-feira, 13, no campus da Ulbra e reuniu, aproximadamente, 400 pessoas.
\nSegundo o secretario municipal de sa\u00fade, Marcelo B\u00f3sio, o objetivo \u00e9 dar autonomia aos deficientes mentais. \u201cNos \u00faltimos anos criamos, em conjunto com os usu\u00e1rios, programas de inclus\u00e3o. Queremos que eles pr\u00f3prios decidam seu futuro. N\u00f3s temos que dar a autonomia a estes cidad\u00e3os”, afirmou.
\nA programa\u00e7\u00e3o teve de ser interrompida por causa dos temporais. Segundo a Diretoria de Pol\u00edticas e A\u00e7\u00f5es em Sa\u00fade Mental (DPASM), novas datas ser\u00e3o definidas para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da tradicional Caminhada, que aconteceria na sexta-feira, 16, e dos Jogos InterCAPS, previstos para o s\u00e1bado, 17. Ainda n\u00e3o h\u00e1 datas definidas.
\nO munic\u00edpio conta com uma Rede de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Psicossocial composta por seis Centros de Atendimento Psicossocial (CAPS), com m\u00e9dia de dez mil atendimentos mensais; 25 leitos de sa\u00fade mental no Hospital Universit\u00e1rio; Conv\u00eanios com servi\u00e7os de residencial terap\u00eautico e comunidades terap\u00eauticas; Articula\u00e7\u00e3o com outros pontos da rede de sa\u00fade: Samu, UPAs, UBS, emerg\u00eancias hospitalares (Nossa Senhora das Gra\u00e7as e Hospital de Pronto Socorro de Canoas) e Consult\u00f3rio na Rua.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
