Na justificativa, o vereador destaca que v\u00e1rios munic\u00edpios est\u00e3o come\u00e7ando a criar leis que possibilitam cobrar pela utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1rea p\u00fablica para a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de postes. \u201cAs concession\u00e1rias cobram taxas de empresas de telefonia e internet para que as mesmas utilizem seus postes.
