Temer perdeu o direito a Foro Privilegiado, o processo que tramitava no STF caiu na Justi\u00e7a do Rio de Janeiro e rapidamente o juiz determinou a pris\u00e3o preventiva e busca e apreens\u00e3o de documentos.<\/p>\n<p>O fato marca a imparcialidade do sistema brasileiro, n\u00e3o apenas o ex-presidente Lula (PT) vai pra a pris\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m Michel Temer, de partidos diversos e posi\u00e7\u00f5es antag\u00f4nicas, embora j\u00e1 tenham participado juntos da elei\u00e7\u00e3o da ex-presidente Dilma.
