Ou melhor, seria, se n\u00e3o fosse pelas constantes surpresas negativas que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o enfrenta. A mais nova \u00e9 o aumento do pre\u00e7o da passagem do trem. A Trensurb anunciou que em mar\u00e7o o pre\u00e7o vai para R$ 4,20. Para um transporte que \u00e9 conhecido mundialmente pelo baixo custo, ver o valor da tarifa se aproximando cada vez mais do pre\u00e7o que se paga para andar de \u00f4nibus, \u00e9 alarmante. A empresa justifica que far\u00e1 uma s\u00e9rie de melhorias no sistema, inclusive a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de ar-condicionado nos trens antigos, o que, de fato, seria \u00f3timo para quem necessita deste transporte. Um dos problemas \u00e9 que parte dos novos trens continua a n\u00e3o funcionar, e isso gera d\u00favidas nos usu\u00e1rios sobre esta nova promessa da companhia.
