Sediado em Porto Alegre, o F\u00f3rum Social Mundial Tem\u00e1tico de 2019 tem como foco a popula\u00e7\u00e3o idosa, pessoas com defici\u00eancia e diversidades. Na \u00faltima ter\u00e7a-feira, 29, representantes da Prefeitura de Canoas apresentaram na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas do munic\u00edpio voltadas aos idosos. O grande destaque do semin\u00e1rio foi o Programa Gera\u00e7\u00f5es, que teve sua primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o em 2018.<\/div>\n

Apresentado pela coordenadora da Central do Idoso, Camila Ferreira, o painel iniciou com uma reflex\u00e3o sobre a velhice e com dados sobre envelhecimento populacional nos pr\u00f3ximos anos, que aponta para um aumento no n\u00famero absoluto de idosos. O Programa Gera\u00e7\u00f5es foi destaque no semin\u00e1rio, uma vez que obteve grande sucesso em sua primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o, em 2018, e j\u00e1 tem a segunda turma formada, cujas aulas iniciam em mar\u00e7o.<\/div>\n

A metodologia aplicada no programa conta com aulas te\u00f3ricas e pr\u00e1ticas. S\u00e3o trabalhadas quest\u00f5es como o uso de tecnologias; valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal; no\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas da l\u00edngua portuguesa, escrita e oralidade; rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais no trabalho; responsabilidade socioambiental; atendimento humanizado e recep\u00e7\u00e3o ao p\u00fablico. As aulas te\u00f3ricas s\u00e3o ministradas atrav\u00e9s de contrato com o Senac de Canoas. J\u00e1 as pr\u00e1ticas ocorrem nos espa\u00e7os da administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, onde os idosos s\u00e3o orientados por servidores destinados para a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de supervis\u00e3o.
