Na sess\u00e3o de ter\u00e7a-feira, 5, a C\u00e2mara dos Vereadores entregou o Pr\u00eamio L\u00edder Comunit\u00e1rio Cl\u00e9sio Aires de Oliveira, alusivo ao Dia do L\u00edder Comunit\u00e1rio. O projeto foi criado pelo vereador D\u00e1rio da Silveira (PDT). Ivo Fiorotti (PT), l\u00edder da bancada do governo, foi quem teve a iniciativa de instituir o pr\u00eamio.<\/p>\n

Cl\u00e9sio Aires de Oliveira, que leva nome ao t\u00edtulo, foi pioneiro na ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o da Vila Uni\u00e3o dos Oper\u00e1rios, um dos fundadores e primeiro Presidente da Uamca \u2013 Uni\u00e3o das Associa\u00e7\u00f5es de Moradores de Canoas. A C\u00e2mara descreveu Cl\u00e9sio em seu cerimonial. \u201cFoi militante comunit\u00e1rio que soube transformar a indigna\u00e7\u00e3o frente ao desemprego, a falta de moradia e de condi\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00ednimas de vida e dignidade, em a\u00e7\u00f5es de solidariedade, articula\u00e7\u00f5es e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de demandas em movimentos comunit\u00e1rios visando conquistas sociais para a maioria das vilas e bairros de Canoas\u201d.
\nOs vereadores que fizeram uso da palavra foram Alexandre Gon\u00e7alves (PR), Alo\u00edsio Bamberg (PLL), Gemelson Sperandio Pompeu (PTB), Ivo Lech (PMDB) representando o PMDB e fazendo o pronunciamento pela bancada do PSDB em nome do vereador Marcos Ronchetti. Dando sequ\u00eancia, Juares Hoy (PDT), Paulinho de Od\u00e9 (PT), C\u00e9sar Augusto (PRB), Jos\u00e9 Carlos Patr\u00edcio (PSD) e Airton Souza (PP). Falando em nome dos convidados, o pastor Ayres Rodrigo Teixeira da Silva.<\/p>\n
